PRP or Mesotherapy Serum

Revitalize and rejuvenate your skin with the powerful benefits of PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) or Mesotherapy Serum at Bloom Skincare Clinic. These treatments use a combination of growth factors and nourishing serums to target skin concerns such as fine lines, uneven tone, and texture. PRP uses your own blood to stimulate collagen production, while Mesotherapy delivers customized serums directly into the skin for hydration and rejuvenation. Both treatments provide natural, youthful results with minimal downtime.

Microneedling uses a fine needle to create microwounds, or channels, in the skin. This triggers the production of capillaries, elastin, and collagen. It’s also called skin needling or collagen induction therapy.
Scalp microneedling is a minimally invasive procedure where very fine medical grade needles are moved over the scalp puncturing the skins surface to create lots of tiny microinjuries/channels. This process initiates the skins natural healing mechanisms, stimulating growth factors, collagen production, and improving localised blood supply.

During your treatment we use a nourishing mesotherapy serum, to help soothe the scalp and encourage an optimal hair growth environment.

Microneedling, also known as collagen induction therapy, dermarolling, or skin needling, is a minimally invasive cosmetic procedure that involves puncturing the skin with tiny needles to treat scars, wrinkles, stretch marks, and enlarged pores.

The procedure stimulates the skin’s healing process, causing it to produce more collagen and elastin, which can lead to firmer, smoother skin and less noticeable scars and wrinkles.

Microneedling is commonly used in dermatology and is considered safe and inexpensive, with minimal downtime. It’s well-tolerated by patients, and there are usually no post-treatment issues other than slight redness and swelling that lasts for a couple of days.

You’ll likely need multiple treatments, spaced 3–8 weeks apart, to achieve your desired results. The final results can take several months to appear, as your body continues to produce collagen. Sometimes the results are permanent, but other times they may only last 4–6 months.

Different Types of Microneedling Treatments

Microneedling with Radiofrequency

Radiofrequency micro-needling is an effective treatment that utilizes radiofrequency technology in combination with microneedling. This tandem helps enhance the results of microneedling. Radiofrequency micro-needling provides additional benefits as compared to traditional microneedling.

A specialized handheld device creates micro-tears in the superficial layer of skin. This triggers collagen production and a faster cellular turnover. In addition, these micro-tears deliver advanced radiofrequency and LED light to the deeper layers of skin. This results in more profound dermal rejuvenation. The robust cellular turnover provides noticeable skin tightening benefits.

Skin pen

A skin pen is considered the gold standard for traditional microneedling treatments. The skin pen is the first FDA-approved microneedling pen that precisely targets problematic areas. It is a minimally invasive procedure that stimulates the body’s natural healing process to promote collagen production.

A skin pen is ideal for addressing common skin concerns, including enlarged pores, wrinkles, fine lines, acne scars, hyperpigmentation, and uneven skin tone and texture.

Mesotherapy

Mesotherapy is the most minor invasive technique out of all the micro-needling options. It only targets the topmost layer of the skin, about 600 micrometers deep. It increases the permeability of skin layers, thus allowing skincare ingredients to penetrate a little deeper.

Hyaluronic acid, Vitamin C, or Botox are typical skincare products applied during mesotherapy. It gives your skin an extra boost. Mesotherapy is ideal before a big event such as a wedding or vacation.

Microneedling with PRP

Microneedling with platelet-rich plasma (PRP) is a combination therapy designed to naturally enhance the skin’s healing properties. In PRP, platelets and their growth factors are isolated from the blood and injected into the targeted sites. This process energizes cellular activity and increases cellular turnover.

PRP is also used by therapists to accelerate healing and reduce joint pain. In addition, PRP is beneficial for activating hair follicles. This makes it a powerful restorative technique for hair growth. When combined with micro-needling, PRP enhances the results and speeds up cellular recovery.
